The
iMove™ Spherical Photo Solution (SMS-1) allows you to create
fully spherical panoramas. The solution includes the Kaidan QuickPan
Spherical Tripod Head (QPS-1) and iMove's iMove™
Photo Suite software. The SMS-1 system is optimized for film cameras
using a 14mm rectilinear lens.
The
QPS-1 enables quick and accurate single or multi-row photography
through a unique motion-damped mechanism. The mechanism rotates
the camera while keeping the center of the lens fixed around both
axes of rotation, a requirement for seamless spherical photographic
panoramas.
The
iMove™ Photo Suite software seams the photos within and between
rows into a spherical panorama.
The
solution produces files that are cross-platform viewable with the
capability to save out files in QuickTimeVR format (as very wide
angle panoramas) or as a iMove™ file.
The SMS-1 comes with a 30-day return policy. (Note: some restocking
fees may apply.)
